He arranged to meet me on my time, listened intently to what I thought was wrong with, and wanted to correct on my bike. During the work process, Conner kept me advised of his progress, gave me options on parts he could procure, and identified some other concerns and offered to address them. Although the process took a little longer than anticipated, I am very pleased with the quality of his workmanship and most importantly, would go back to him with other bicycle issues in the future. My bike had been sitting in a hallway gathering dust for two years. The tires were flat and the breaks were iffy. Shop owner was very upfront with pricing for a replacement part.
